The meeting was held as part of the club banquet, which started at 7:00 PM.
Pat informed us that the new place and time for club meetings will be Capra's at 9:30 am.
John is taking orders for club jackets. Based on the number of orders, the price will be approximately $65.00.
There was brief discussion regarding changing the Lake Sarah tournament to another location due to the size of that body of water. No decision was made, however.
There have been changes to the club rules to be more in line with the state federation rules. The following identifies the changes:
· Weigh-in order will be the same as the launch order
· The dead fish penalty will be one quarter of a pound (4 ounces)
· The penalty for late weigh in was adjusted
John provided a federation meeting updated. Notably the two items voted on during the last meeting were passed (underwater cameras are now allowed for prefishing and the open slots at the state tournament have been expanded).
The next federation meeting will be held on March 5th.
Given the current counts, it sits that the top 7 positions will go to the state tournament, with the 8th position being the alternate. The determination will occur when registration closes.
The next meeting will be at Capra's on March 12th at 9:30 am.
