Golden Hook Bassers Meeting Minutes

Dues should be sent to submitted as soon as possible.
Lake nominations were opened, and one overnight combinations was added: Pokegama and Wabana
Discussion was held as to whether to change the number of tournaments from 6 to 7. A vote was take and it passed. There will still be one throw-out.
The following lakes were voted for the upcoming year:
Sylvia Twin, Green(Chisago), Washington/Stella, Medicine, Big Birch, and Pokegama/Wabana [note that Green/Kronis was second in the event that we are unable to fish Pokegama]
Dates were selected for the lakes as well:
May 31st – Sylvia Twin
June 13th – Washington/Stella
July 25th Wabana/ Pokegama July26th (Overnighter)
August 22nd – Big Birch
August 23rd – Green (Chisago)
October 3rd – Medicine
More discussion was held around using a point system. It was agreed that we would run both systems for the upcoming year, but make no changes to how the state team is determined at this time.
Nominations were opened for officers. The following additions were made:

Youth Director - Steve Walker
The following officers were elected:

Tournament Director – Steve (in the event he declines, Wayne will take the spot)

Fed Rep – John

The banquet was discussed. We are hoping to schedule somewhere for the end of January. Several places are still being researched, and emails/phone calls will go out when there is more information.
The next club meeting will take place on January 24th, 9:30am at Capra’s.
