Golden Hook Bassers Meeting Minutes

In attendance: Wayne P., John, Dave, Tom, Pat P., Daryl, Steve O., Steve M., Jason, Pat C., Chris, Nick
John provided the Federation report: the 2009 TOC alternate's tournament will be on Bass Lake, other details for the TOC can be found on the Federation's website link to the TOC page, which is now available. The only proposed lake for 2010 thusfar is Lake Minnetonka.
There were three votes circulated for paid-up members to individually complete. The items were:
- changing the liability insurance limit from 100k to 300k (to match the requirements of B.A.S.S.)
- to include the Jr. state team members on the divisional team
- to establish a divisional level of tournaments before the state tournament
Pat C. will make some calls to see if Broadway Pizza can host the banquet. UPDATE: the banquet is booked for Friday 2/27 at Broadway Pizza in Blaine at 6:00 PM. From Pat's email:
"The menu will be like before with pizza buffet, salad, and spaghetti. I'm not sure of the cost, but it should be about $25-30 a couple. Cash bar. I have the plaques (1-6) and certificates (the rest). Hopefully some of you guys can come up with some door prizes or such. Please RSVP me asap so I can give them a number. It would be nice to have 25 or 30 of us there."
Guy and Pat C. have made reservations for the state TOC team.
The weekend of the out-of-town tournament, there is a car show in town, so you should consider making any accomodation arrangements as soon as possible.
Steve O. declined the tournament director nomination, so Wayne P. will accept the position.
John provided Outkast tackle order forms. He will be taking orders at the March meeting if you would like to purchase anything from them.
The next meeting will be held at Capra's on March 14th at 9:30am.
